RESERVATION POLICY

Payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged in full on the day of booking. The price charged will include taxes.

Sales Tax: The total for taxes and fees is 6.325% and is added to the room rate before payment.

Check-in: Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day for your convenience.  

 

Pet Policy: Sedona Pines has a strict NO-PET policy for guests except for service animals and Sedona Pines Resort Vacation Club members. $250 deposit is taken at check-in. Excessive cleaning or damages will be assessed prior to refunding the deposit.

Additional Rules: Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure. Excessive cleaning will be charged at $30/hour.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancel without penalty with at least 3-days advance notice prior to arrival. NO REFUND when you cancel with less than 3-days notice.
